RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council reappoint Lou Milkowski (Planning Commission), Ben Ritterbush (Public Works Commission) and Tara Riceberg (Recreation and Parks Commission) for a second term of four years each as follows:
PLANNING COMMISSION
• Lou Milkowski
o Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029
PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION
• Ben Ritterbush
o Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029
RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION
• Tara Riceberg
o Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2029
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits the formal request to reappoint Lou Milkowski to the Planning Commission, Ben Ritterbush to the Public Works Commission and Tara Riceberg to the Recreation and Parks Commission for the term dates provided above.

DISCUSSION
The Study Session staff report was presented to the City Council on December 16, 2025. This action will approve the City Council direction for the reappointments earlier at the afternoon meeting.
