Group business remains one of the most critical drivers of revenue for Beverly Hills hotels and the broader destination.
Beyond filling hotel rooms, these programs create meaningful economic impact by driving visitors into our retail, dining, and cultural experiences.
For Fiscal Year 2026/2027, our hotel partners have aligned around a shared priority: to aggressively grow high-value group business. Competition for these groups—particularly those willing to pay Beverly Hills rates—is robust. To remain competitive, we must continue to create distinctive, one-of-a-kind experiences that position Beverly Hills as the preferred destination for top-tier programs like Allstate.” ~ Julie Wagner, CDME Chief Executive Officer Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau With approximately 900 affluent guests traveling in from across the North America and accommodated across three separate Beverly Hills-area hotels, the program is expected to generate meaningful ongoing engagement and economic activity beyond the event itself. Guests will be encouraged to experience the destination at their leisure through shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural exploration, further extending exposure and support to the broader local business community and reinforcing Beverly Hills’ reputation as a premier global luxury destination.
Benefits of utilizing Rodeo Drive as an incentive event venue:
• Allows for the opportunity for the city to host large groups with providing an offsite venue option within the city of Beverly Hills
• Generates additional revenue to the city of Beverly Hills and local businesses as an event venue • The experience supports increased visitor traffic, shopping activity, and visibility for neighboring boutiques, restaurants, hotels, and premier global brands that collectively define Beverly Hills as one of the world’s most iconic luxury destinations.

RISK ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW
PRAGUE
This document, provided by Allstate Global Security, summarizes the risk assessment findings that should be taken forward to provide the necessary safety and environmental precautions associated with an event of this nature. The risk assessment is based on the experience and knowledge of the Global Security team, and has been approached in a practical, realistic manner. A review of the assessment will be made, should further information be received which suggests that the control measures should be adapted or revised.
Overall Risk Designation: Moderately Elevated
Risk indicators / protective factors:
City/region: Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, California
High-value retail corridor = attractive target for organized retail theft and robberies. Smash-and-grab crews and coordinated retail theft remain the primary concern in and around Beverly Hills shopping districts.
Environmental hazards are generally low, but heavy storms can trigger localized flooding/traffic impacts.
Event is not advertised; however, brand recognition could draw media attention Beverly Hills PD maintains an exceptional police and technology footprint.
Increased private security support will add protective value.
Recommendations:
Based on Global Security’s event risk assessment (factors include number/type of attendees, location, venue or event-specific threats, on-site security, publicity, sensitivity of content), Allstate will resource additional site security through Aware Security Consultants.
Heightened situational awareness is essential.
Allstate Global Security Command Center (GSCC) will monitor the event through intelligence resources.
A conference bridge line will be opened as needed for Global Security leaders, S3 and event planners as required for emergenc y communication.

Thank you so much for sharing the details of the special evening on Rodeo Drive. The proposed street closures sound well thought out. As long as there is sidewalk access for visitors and clients throughout the day during business hours, you have our full support.

Hi Kathy,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out to introduce Regal Meeting & Events and to share details regarding a proposed private event they are planning on behalf of their client, Allstate Corporation at Two Rodeo Drive and Rodeo Drive.
Regal Meeting & Events is currently organizing an exclusive evening experience titled “A Night on Rodeo,” designed to recognize and celebrate Allstate’s top agents and leadership. They would like to formally request approval to host this private event on Rodeo Drive on Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The evening is intended to be an elegant, controlled, and highly curated experience that highlights the prestige and ambiance of Rodeo Drive while honoring Allstate’s distinguished guests.
Attached, you will find the tenant communication letter that Bill and I have approved for distribution to all tenants at Two Rodeo Drive. Before circulating it, however, we wanted to begin with a proper introduction to you in your role as President of the Rodeo Drive Committee and ensure alignment from the outset.
I will let Rosie and her team chime in with any additional operational details and next steps.
We truly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to working together.
Warm regards,
Adela Garcia
