DISCUSSION
On July 13, 2026, the City opened the application period for Team Beverly Hills Class of 2026-2027. We advertised the opening of the application process in all three newspapers as well as through our City’s social media channels and email distribution lists. The application period closed on August 21, 2026.

This year, the City received a total of 66 applications, 54 from individuals and 12 from businesses.

The Class roster typically includes 55 members:
30 individuals selected by the City Council (six per Councilmember) 18 individuals selected by random lottery
2 students chosen by BHUSD
5 local businesses
The Team BH sessions will commence on Monday, November 2, 2026 and conclude in March 2027.

The various Team BH sessions will include demonstrations, workshops, and interactive experiences to help educate Team BH members on the City’s various operations, programs, and opportunities for volunteer involvement.
