A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Big Bear Lake was called to order by Mayor Melnick at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at the Civic Center, 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, California.
OPEN SESSION

CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
None.
Prior to the recess for Closed Session, a motion was made by Councilmember Hicks, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Segovia, to include a Discussion Item on the next Agenda regarding the ADU Ordinance that was passed in December 2024.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 9:05 a.m., Mayor Melnick recessed to Closed Session.
At the hour of 10:23 a.m., Mayor Melnick resumed Open Session.
RESULTS OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Stephen P. Deitsch, announced that the City Council discussed the following item in Closed Session and no reportable action was taken by the City Council.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIAPTED LITIGATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
