A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Big Bear Lake was called to order by Mayor Melnick at 8:51 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Civic Center, 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, California.

CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Daniel Gulbranson, Big Bear Lake resident, expressed concerns related to City spending and property acquisitions.
At the hour of 8:57 a.m., Mayor Melnick called for a recess to Closed Session.
At the hour of 10:24 a.m., Mayor Melnick resumed Open Session.
RESULTS OF CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Melnick announced that the City Council discussed the following items in Closed Session and no reportable action was taken.
