A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Big Bear Lake was called to order by Mayor Putz at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the Civic Center, 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, California.
OPEN SESSION

CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Daniel Gulbranson. Big Bear Lake resident, expressed concerns related to the City's leadership and questioned the City Council's meeting schedule.
At the hour of 4:06 p.m., Mayor Putz called for a recess to Closed Session.
At the hour of 5:19 p.m., Mayor Putz resumed Open Session.
RESULTS OF CLOSED SESSION
City Manager Sund announced that the City Council discussed the following items in Closed Session and no reportable action was taken.
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2)
One (1) Case
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council at this Special Meeting, Mayor Putz adjourned the meeting at 5:20 p.m.
