A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Big Bear Lake was called to order by Mayor Putz at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Civic Center, 39707 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, California.
OPEN SESSION

CLOSED SESSION PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Daniel Gulbranson, Big Bear Lake resident, expressed his frustrations related to the City's leadership.
At the hour of 1:05 p.m., Mayor Putz called for a recess to Closed Session.
At the hour of 3:49 p.m., Mayor Putz resumed Open Session.
DECLARATION OF THE CLOSED SESSION ITEM
Mayor Putz announced that the City Council will discuss the following item in Closed Session. City Attorney Deitsch announced that the results of Closed Session may wait to be reported out until tonight's Regular City Council Meeting.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council at this Special Meeting, Mayor Putz adjourned the meeting at 3:50 p.m.
