SPECIAL MEETING July 8, 2022

1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Mayor Sheppard. Vice Mayor Bassett, Councilmembers Nuchols and Squires were present. Staff present: City Administrator Mark Sorensen and City Attorney Greg Einhorn.

Present: Nuchols and Sheppard. Bassett. Buck and Squires Via Zoom.

Council adjourned to closed session at 3:01 p.m.
5. RESUME SPECIAL SESSION:
Council resumed special session at 3:23 p.m.
Unanimous authorization for the City Administrator to accept the proposal from Avery and Associates for City Administrator recruitment.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 3:24 p.m.
