Public comments on agenda items are welcomed and encouraged via any of the following methods:
1) Email to the City Clerk [email protected] before 8:00 AM on the meeting date. 2) Deliver to the City payment drop box at 465 C Street before 8:00 AM on the meeting date. 3) Attend the meeting in-person to comment.
Speaking Time Limit: Three-minute time limit for each speaker unless Council specifies a different time limit based on the time allotted for the item and/or the number of speakers.
Written Materials: Council is unable to read written materials presented at the meeting. If a person intends to appear before the Council and provide written material, that written material should be delivered to the City Clerk at least 10 days in advance of the meeting date.
Cell Phones and side conversation: Please silence all cell phones, side conversations and other disturbances during the meeting.
ADA Compliance: It is the intention of the City of Biggs to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
