SPECIAL MEETING November 4, 2022

1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Mayor Sheppard. Vice Mayor Bassett, Councilmembers Buck, Nuchols and Squires were present. Staff present: Interim City Administrator Dennis Schmidt and City Attorney Greg Einhorn.

5. CLOSED SESSION: Public Employee Employment, Appointment, Recruitment, Performance Evaluations, Including Goals, Pursuant to Government Code section 54957: City Administrator.
6. RESUME SPECIAL SESSION: Council resumed the special session at 4:00 p.m.
Direction was given to staff.
7. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 4:00 p.m.
