Speaking Time Limit: Three-minute time limit for each speaker unless Council specifies a different time limit based on the time allotted for the item and/or the number of speakers.

BIGGS ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR UNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES AND CALPERS CCR 570.5 COMPENSATION SCHEDULE.”
