SPECIAL MEETING February 14, 2023

1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 4 p.m. by Mayor Bassett. Vice Mayor Nuchols, Councilmembers Buck, Sheppard and Squires were present. Staff present: Interim City Administrator Dennis Schmidt and City Attorney Greg Einhorn.

Council adjourned to closed session at 4:01 p.m.

Council resumed special session at 4:55 p.m. No reportable action was taken.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 4:55 p.m.
