1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 1 p.m. by Mayor Bassett. Vice Mayor Nuchols, Councilmembers Buck and Sheppard were present. Staff present: City Attorney Greg Einhorn.

Council adjourned to closed session at 1:01 p.m.

Council resumed special session at 3:29 p.m. No reportable action was taken.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 3:29 p.m.
