SPECIAL MEETING March 6, 2023

1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. by Mayor Bassett.
Councilmembers Buck, Sheppard and Squires were present. Staff present: City Attorney Greg Einhorn and City Clerk Roben Benish.

Present: Buck, Sheppard, Squires, and Bassett. Nuchols arrived at 11:06 a.m.
4. SPECIAL BUSINESS:
Appointment of Interim City Administrator.
Motion Second to appoint Josh Cook to the position of Interim City Administrator. (Buck/Bassett, MCU; Absent: Nuchols)
5. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 11:10 a.m.
