MINUTES OF THE CITY OF BIGGS
SPECIAL MEETING March 7, 2023
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Bassett. Vice Mayor Nuchols, Councilmembers Buck, Sheppard and Squires were present. Staff present: Interim City Administrator Josh Cook, City Attorney Greg Einhorn and City Clerk Roben Benish.

Present: Buck, Sheppard, Squires, Nuchols and Bassett.
4. PRESENTATION:
Mark Beauchamp with Utility Financial Solutions, LLC presented a financial projection and cost of services studies to Council.
Council will discuss this topic further at the next regular meeting.
5. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 6:09 p.m.
