The Council is asked to consider the appointment of Josh F. W. Cook to the position of City Administrator.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the agreement with City Administrator Josh F. W. Cook.

7. PUBLIC HEARING: Use Permit 2023-01 Top Quality Diesel Repair The applicant is requesting approval of a use permit to allow an automobile (diesel) repair business in an existing 2,400 square foot shop building (Quonset Hut) located at 497 C Street, Biggs, CA.

Recommendation: Planning Department staff recommends that Council approve Use Permit 2023-01 (Top Quality Diesel Repair) by adopting Resolution No. 2023-03, “RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BIGGS APPROVING USE PERMIT 2023-01 (TOP QUALITY DIESEL REPAIR) FOR 497 ‘C’ Street, APNs 001-061-029 and -016” making all the required findings contained in the resolution and subject to the recommended Conditions of Approval provided in Exhibit I.
