SPECIAL MEETING September 5, 2023

1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order 9:00 a.m. by Mayor Bassett. Staff present:
City Administrator Josh Cook, City Attorney Greg Einhorn and City Clerk Roben Benish.

Present: Buck, Sheppard, and Squires
Absent: Buck and Nuchols
4. CLOSED SESSION: Real Property Negotiations.
Council adjourned to closed session at 9:01 a.m.
5. RESUME SPECIAL SESSION:
A. Real Property Transaction: Council resumed special session at 9:45 a.m. No reportable action taken.
B. Employee Classification Update:
City Administrator Cook asked the Council to consider updating the City of Biggs Classification plan and staffing guidelines.
Council agreed to move this item to the next meeting.
C. Disposal of Surplus Equipment Fleet Management:
City Administrator Cook asked for guidance and direction from Council about the disposal of surplus equipment fleet management.
Council agreed to move this item to the next meeting.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 10:24 a.m.
