1. SPECIAL MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:
The special council meeting was called to order 11:00 a.m. by Mayor Bassett.
Councilmembers Buck and Sheppard were present. Staff present: City Administrator Josh Cook and City Contract Accountant Roy Seiler.
2. BUDGET WORKSHOP:
City Administrator Cook and City Contract Accountant Roy Seiler discussed the adopted 2023-2024 City of Biggs Budget with the Council.
3. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the special meeting at 12:10 p.m.
