Speaking Time Limit: Three-minute time limit for each speaker unless Council specifies a different time limit based on the time allotted for the item and/or the number of speakers.
Written Materials: Council is unable to read written materials presented at the meeting. If a person intends to appear before the Council and provide written material, that written material should be delivered to the City Clerk at least 10 days in advance of the meeting date.

Discussion/Action: Ratification of Contract for Electrical Maintenance Agreement Between the City of Gridley and the City of Biggs (Gov. Code section 1091).
Remote, Non-Economic Interest: Gov. Code section 1091(a). Councilmember Bo Sheppard’s employment with the City of Gridley in the part-time, grant funded position of Recreation Department Recreation Aid. Gov. Code section 1091(b)(13).
Recommendation: Motion/Second to ratify Electric Service Maintenance Agreement with the City of Gridley, approved on September 28, 2023.

The City of Biggs received a notice from BCAG that the City has been allocated Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) funds.
