MINUTES OF THE CITY OF BIGGS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING September 27, 2024
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The special council meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Mayor Bassett. Staff present: City Administrator Josh Cook, City Attorney Greg Einhorn, and City Clerk Roben Benish.

Absent: Buck
Mayor Bassett opened public comments for two residents wanting to comment.
Resident Mandy Mattos wished to remind the Council about the First Amendment, the Brown Act, Ad Hoc Committees, rights to criticize the legislative body, and violations of the Brown Act.
Resident Santiago Martinez wished to file a complaint about the City Administrator not responding to his requests for information about the City landscaping contract.

The Council resumed the Special Session at 4:35 p.m. with no reportable action taken.
