On November 12, 2024, Council made a determination that the position of Council Member Chuck Nuchols became vacant due to his resignation on October 10, 2024. Council directed staff to collect applications from interested parties to enable Council to consider appointment to fill the vacancy by appointment pursuant to Government Code section 36512.

D. City Clerk Administers Oath of Office to newly appointed Council Member.
E. Newly appointed Council Member seated.
