MINUTES OF THE CITY OF BIGGS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING December 19, 2024
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
The special council meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Sheppard. Staff present:
Interim City Administrator Cliff Wagner, City Clerk Roben Benish and City Attorney Greg Einhorn.

4. SPECIAL SESSION:
Amendment to Electrical Services Maintenance Agreement with the City of Gridley.
On October 1, 2023, the City of Biggs and the City of Gridley entered into the Original Agreement for the provision of electrical maintenance services to support critical infrastructure and operation needs. As Part of its strategy for utilizing allocated State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF), the City of Biggs seeks to amend the Original Agreement to include provisions ensuring compliance with federal guidelines for eligible projects and services.
Motion/Second to approve the Amendment to the Electrical Services Maintenance agreement between the City of Biggs and the City of Gridley to ensure compliance with the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) guidelines under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). (Wilks/Squires, MC; Abstain: Sheppard)
