Comments will be conveyed to the Council for consideration.

Speaking Time Limit: Three-minute time limit for each speaker unless the Council specifies a different time limit based on the time allotted for the item and/or the number of speakers.
Written Materials: Council is unable to read written materials presented at the meeting. If a person intends to appear before the Council and provide written material, that written material should be delivered to the City Clerk at least 10 days in advance of the meeting date.
Cell Phones and side conversation: Please silence all cell phones, side conversations and other disturbances during the meeting.

6. ITEM FOR DISCUSSION:
Discussion/Action: Adoption of the FY 2025-26 City of Biggs Annual Budget The proposed FY 2025-26 Budget had been prepared following internal review and analysis, taking into account departmental needs, operational cost trends, and financial conditions across all funds.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-24, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BIGGS ADOPTING THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF BIGGS ENTITLED “2025-2026 BUDGET, CITY OF BIGGS.”
