4. CLOSED SESSION: Public Employee Appointment / Employment Council adjourned to the closed session at 9:10 a.m.
5. RESUME SPECIAL SESSION:
Council resumed the Special Session at 2:23 p.m. with no reportable action.
6. ADJOURNMENT: Council adjourned the Special Meeting at 2:23 p.m.
