1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Kong called the special joint meeting of the Bishop City Council and the Bishop Rural Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners to order at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 301 West Line Street, Bishop, California

3. PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comments were made.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. DISCUSS BISHOP FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
Finance Director Aukee, City Council, and Fire Commissioners discussed the Bishop Fire Department's 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Budget. No action was taken.
5. FIRE CHIEF REPORT
Fire Chief Russell announced that he will present his Fire Chiefs report at each of the respective regularly scheduled Board and Council meetings.

Fire Chief Russell thanked Finance Director Aukee for his review of the Fire Department's budget and Fire Department Administrative Assistant Grisham for all of her work and support.
The Council and Fire Commissioners agreed to look at scheduling another joint meeting in the near future.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The Mayor Pro Tem adjourned the meeting at 4:32 p.m.
