Consideration and Approval of a Resolution Authorizing a Retired Annuitant Appointment and Approval of the Related Employment Agreement Administration
Staff recommends Council consider and approve a resolution authorizing a retired annuitant appointment and approval of the related interim employment agreement with Mr. Grady Dutton. The Law requires official council action via resolution making certain findings in order to make the annuitant appointment.
