Mayor Muchovej called the special meeting of the Bishop City Council to order at 4:02 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 301 West Line Street, Bishop, California. 2)

Seconded/Councilmember Schwartz
Councilmember Garcia made a motion to approve the resolution authorizing a retired annuitant appointment and approval of the related interim employment agreement with Mr. Grady Dutton.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BISHOP, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FOR RETIRED ANNUITANT APPOINTMENT UNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTIONS 7522.56 AND 21221(g) Motion passed 5-0
