1. Submission of a Grant Application to the Community Enhancement Collaborative in the Palo Verde Valley for the Purchase of Holiday Decorations for the City of Blythe.
Recommendation: Provide direction on the submission of a grant application for the purchase of new holiday decorations for the City.
