Potential action to approve and adopt the attached Resolution No. 2025-40 accepting the Grant Offer from Southwest Border Regional Commission (SBRC) for Water and Sewer Infrastructure Expansion for Housing and Economic Development Projects and delegating authority to the City Manager to execute the Grant documents and authorize the required budget adjustments. Presented by Rom Medina, Director of Public Works.
