The City Council of the City of Brawley, California, met in a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. The date, time, and place of said meeting were duly established. The City Clerk attests to the posting of the agenda in accordance with Cal. Govt. Code §54954.2.

Approved the Award of Emergency Repair Work to the Access Road at the Water Treatment Plant to Cholla Construction in the Amount of $199,150.00, Approve a 15% Contingency in the Amount of $29,872.50 for Unforeseen Conditions, for a Total Authorized Amount of $229,022.50, and Authorize the City Manager to Execute All Documents Necessary for the Completion of the Repairs.
Approved the RevisedFinal Parcel Map (PM) 24-02 — Rancho Porter Subdivision.
