The City Council of the City of Brawley, California, met in a special meeting at 06:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. The date, time, and place of said meeting were duly established. The City Clerk attests to the posting of the agenda in accordance with Cal. Govt. Code § 54954.2.
CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Galvan called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
