NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Brea City Council will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at 1 Civic Center Circle, Brea, California, 92821, in the Executive Conference Room – 3rd Floor.
Said Special Meeting shall be held for the purpose of discussing:
• Conference with City's Labor Negotiator Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 Regarding the Brea Management Association (BMA), Brea City Employees' Association (BCEA), Administrative and Professional Employees' Association (APEA), Brea Police Management Association (BPMA), Brea Police Association (BPA), Brea Fire Association (BFA), Brea Fire Management Association (BFMA), Executive Employees, Part-Time Employment and Benefits Policy, and other Unrepresented Classifications - Kristin Griffith, Negotiator, Laura Drottz Kalty, LCW Attorney and Alexander Volberding, LCW Attorney
• Approval of Memorandums of Understanding between the City of Brea and: 1) the Administrative and Professional Employees’ Association; 2) the Brea Management Association; and 3) the Brea Police Management Association.
