Mayor Hupp called the Closed Session to order at 11:02 a.m. All members were present.

Conference with City's Labor Negotiator Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 .6 Regarding the Brea Management Association (BN/A), Brea City Employees'Association (BCEA), Administrative and Professional Employees' Association (APEA), Brea Police Association (BPA), Brea Police Management Association (BPMA), Brea Fire Association (BFA), Brea Fire Management Association (BFMA), Executive Employees, Part-Time Employment and Benefits Policy, and other Unrepresented Classifications - Kristin Griffith, Negotiator, Laura Drottz Kalty, LCW Attorney and Alexander Volberding, LCW Attorney

3. CONSENT CALENDAR
The City Council adopted Resolution Nos. 2026-046, 2026-047, and2026-048 approving Memorandums of Understanding (MOU's) with the Administrative and Professional Employees' Association (APEA), the Erea Management Association (BMA), and the Brea Police Management Association (BPMA); acknowledged agreement on the Executive's Compensation Plan and Part- Time employee updates; and directed staff to prepare Resolution for consideration at a future Council meeting.
