Purpose: Virtual Town Hall to discuss homelessness in our City A. Presentation: Virtual Town Hall to discuss homelessness in our City B. Public Comment: Following a presentation on homelessness, the public will be permitted and encouraged to comment and ask questions of City staff and presenters As a quorum of the City Council may be present at this Virtual Town Hall to discuss homelessness in our City, this special meeting notice is being issued for the purpose of the Brown Act pursuant to Government Code section 54956. Members of the City Council present will not formally convene as a body; rather, Councilmembers may be in attendance at this event. The City Council will thus not take any formal action at this Virtual Meeting.
