1. An application for a two-year time extension for (1) a vesting tentative subdivision map (VTSM 9452-A2) to subdivide two existing parcels consisting of 29.19 acres into 140 active adult single-family duet residential lots and nine parcels related to public open space, clubhouse, and private street improvements, (2) a design review (DR 17-002-A2) to allow for the construction of four active adult single-family duet house plans, each with one elevation on the 140 lots, and (3) an agreement between the applicant and the City regarding Emergency Medical and Fire Protection Service Funding.
