Purpose: Community Meeting #2 for the New Sand Creek Sports Complex A. Presentation: Community Meeting # 2 will include a presentation with project updates and the refined park plan for the development of the new Sand Creek Sports Complex.
B. Public Comment: Following a presentation on the development of the new Sand Creek Sports Complex, the public will be permitted and encouraged to comment and ask questions of City staff and presenters
As a quorum of either the City Council and/or the Park & Recreation Commission may be present at this Community Meeting to discuss the new Sand Creek Sports Complex, this special meeting notice is being issued for the purpose of the Brown Act pursuant to Government Code section 54956. Members of the City Council and Park & Recreation Commission present will not formally convene as a body; rather, Councilmembers and/or Commissioners may be in attendance at this event. The City Council and the Park & Recreation Commission will thus not take any formal action at this meeting.
