A Resolution approving the contract documents, awarding the bid and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a construction contract and necessary documents for the Sound Wall Project, CIP Project No. 337-37263, with B and D Excavation and Construction, as the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in the amount of $378,600, plus funding authorization for a 15% contingency of $56,790, for a total funding authorization not to exceed amount of $435,390.
