Purpose: 2023 State of the City
A. Presentation: A Presentation of the 2023 State of the City by Mayor Joel Bryant.
B. Public Comment (in person only): Following a presentation of the State of the City, the public who are participating in person will be permitted make comments and ask questions.
As a quorum of the City Council may be present at the 2023 State of the City, this special meeting notice is being issued for the purpose of the Brown Act pursuant to Government Code section 54956. Members of the City Council present will not formally convene as a body; rather, Councilmembers may be in attendance at this event. The City Council will thus not take any formal action at this meeting.
