CAUTION – EXTERNAL SENDER
Hello City Council,
Please consider making traffic control and easing measures a part of the Trumark development off of Apricot.

Without traffic considerations, the existing homes on Strathaven would experience a marked increase in car traffic.

With 63 homes going in and an average of two cars per home and two trips to work or school everyday would likely result in approximately 252 cars driving past our homes everyday. I would consider traffic circles and one way traffic controls on Strathaven and Montclair so that the traffic can be made more predictable and distributed equally across the neighborhood. Without these controls Strathaven will bare the blunt of the traffic and risk to families who drive and play around our homes and streets.

Thanks for considering.
