Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and Roll Call found the following members present; Mendoza, Meyer, Pierson, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.

Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
It was moved/seconded by Mendoza/Pierson to adjourn to closed session. Motion carried unanimous with Mendoza, Meyer, Pierson, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant in favor.
