CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Mendoza, Meyer, Pierson, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Bryant opened Public Comments. There being no one wishing to speak, Mayor Bryant closed Public Comments.

RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
It was moved/seconded by Council Member Pierson/Vice Mayor Meyer to recess to Closed Session at 4:32 p.m. and the motion carried unanimously.
