A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Mendoza, Meyer, Pierson, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Bryant opened public comments.
Danny Dohrmann provided comments regarding item. D.2.
Brittney Ossowski, Ashley Dermake, Heather Silfies, Monica Raposa, Jaylene Walker, Sonia Cardinale, and Beth Baldwin provided comments regarding item D.1.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Bryant closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
It was moved/seconded by Mendoza/Pierson to recess to closed session at 6:01 p.m.
Motion passed unanimously.

Council reconvened in Open Session with nothing to report out from Closed Session.
Mayor Bryant called the City Council / Successor Agency meeting to order at 8:15 pm.
