1 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
September 24, 2024, 6:00 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present; Meyer, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.
Council Members Mendoza and Pierson were absent.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Bryant opened public comments.
Danny Dohrmann provided comments regarding item D.1.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Bryant closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
At 6:05 p.m. it was moved/seconded by Meyer/Oerlemans to recess to Closed Session.
Motion carried unanimous with Meyer, Oerlemans and Mayor Bryant in favor.
D.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION
E. ADJOURNMENT
The Council reconvened in Open Session with nothing to report out from Closed Session.
Mayor Bryant called the City Council / Successor Agency meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
