1 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
December 10, 2024, 5:30 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Bryant called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Meyer, Oerlemans, and Mayor Bryant.
Council Members Mendoza and Pierson were absent.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Bryant led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Bryant opened public comments.
There being no one wishing to speak, Mayor Bryant closed public comment.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
At 5:32 p.m. it was moved/seconded by Oerlemans/Meyer to recess to Closed Session.
Motion carried unanimous with Meyer, Oerlemans and Mayor Bryant in favor.
D.1 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- THREATENED LITIGATION D.2 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
E. ADJOURNMENT
Council reconvened in Open Session at 6:43 p.m.
Mayor Bryant stated there was nothing to report out from Closed Session.
It was moved/seconded by Meyer/Oerlemans to adjourn at 6:44 p.m.
Motion carried unanimous with Meyer, Oerlemans and Mayor Bryant in favor.
