A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer.
Vice Mayor Pierson joined the meeting at 8:08 a.m.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened Public Comments, there being no one wishing to speak, Mayor Meyer closed Public Comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
Moved by: Jovita Mendoza, Council Member
Seconded by: Tony Oerlemans, Council Member
The Council, by motion, recessed to Closed Session.
Ayes (4): Jovita Mendoza, Council Member, Susannah Meyer, Vice Mayor, Tony Oerlemans, Council Member, and Faye Maloney, Council Member Absent (2): Pa'tanisha Pierson, Council Member, and Joel Bryant, Mayor Motion Approved (4 to 0)
D.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
E. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION / REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 9:55 a.m.
Mayor Meyer stated there was nothing to report from Closed Session.
F. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved/seconded by Mendoza/Pierson to adjourn at 9:56 a.m.
Motion carried unanimous with Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans and Mayor Meyer in favor.
