A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
Luke Santos and Jaylene Walker provided comments regarding item D.1.
Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
At 5:42 p.m. it was moved/seconded by Mendoza/Pierson to recess to Closed Session.
Motion carried unanimous with Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans and Mayor Meyer in favor.

E. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Council reconvened in Open Session at 9:08 p.m.
F. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Meyer stated there was nothing to report out from Closed Session.
G. ADJOURNMENT
It was moved/seconded by Mendoza/Orelemans to adjourn at 9:09 p.m.
Motion carried unanimous with Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans and Mayor Meyer in favor.
