1 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
March 25, 2025, 5:30 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer with Vice Mayor Pierson absent.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
Danny Dohrmann provided comments regarding the Public Employee Performance Evaluation.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
City Council recessed to Closed Session at 5:36 p.m.
Vice Mayor Pierson joined via Zoom at 5:37 p.m. and participated remotely in accordance with the Brown Act, under the AB 2302 "just cause" provision.

F. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
Mayor Meyer reconvened the meeting in open session at 7:20 p.m. and stated there was nothing to report out from Closed Session.
G. ADJOURNMENT
Council Member Mendoza moved to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Maloney.
The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote and the Special City Council Meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
