A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Pierson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Vice Mayor Pierson. Mayor Meyer was absent. Mayor Meyer joined the Closed Session meeting at 6:06 p.m.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Vice Mayor Pierson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Vice Mayor Pierson opened public comments.
There being no one wishing to speak, Vice Mayor Pierson closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The Council, by motion, recessed into Closed Session at 6:02 p.m.
