A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
Rich Ramirez, Rudy Ramirez, Maria Dominguez, TJ, Becky Alcantar, Francisco Ramirez, Melissa Nold, Sara, Paul Ramirez, Kathryn R. Wade, Frances Falt, Mary Ramirez-Palacio, Robert Collins, Gavin Payton, Gregory Osorio, Dr.
Kimberly Payton, Sylvia Mendoza, Devin Williams, Franklin, Isabel, and Patricia Granados provided comments regarding the Brentwood Police Department's interaction with Yolanda Ramirez on September 26, 2025.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION

The City Council, by motion, recessed to Closed Session at 7:39 p.m.
