1 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer.
Vice Mayor Pierson participated remotely via Zoom under the just cause provision of Government Code § 54953.8.3.(c)(3).
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
Danny Dohrmann provided comments regarding the Brentwood Police Department's interaction with Yolanda Ramirez on September 26, 2025.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION

The Council, by motion, recessed to Closed Session at 6:07 p.m.
